What began with a couple of freezers in a carpet shop has evolved into the Midlands’ largest independent retailer of raw dog food.

An ever growing shop, with thousands of products, users and subscriptions, Northampton Raw Dog Food needed their eCommerce shop to be efficient, dynamic and ready for scale.
The results:
We refined their data, rebuilt the checkout to cater for the more complex needs to shipping frozen raw food, and created an interactive food diary for their customers to track their pets’ progress.
All wrapped up in a lean and friendlier design, which their customers love!
