Unless specified otherwise, we will set up Google Analytics for your website. The account can then be shared with you for access. We will need to share this with a Google affiliated email account – for some people this will be their @gmail.com email, but you can use your business or other existing email with Google.

If you want to use your @yahooo, @hotmail.co.uk or @companyname.com, you’ll need to affiliate that email address with Google.

Here’s how:

      1. Go to www.google.com.
      2. Make sure you are logged out of all other Google/Gmail accounts.
      3. Click Sign In in the top right corner and then select Create account and For work or my business.
      4. Fill out the form. When you get to the page to choose your Gmail address, select Use your existing email.
      5. Fill in your current work email. Please choose a unique password for the Google-linked account. Do not use your current work email password. This password is just for the Google-association and will only be used when you login to your Analytics or other Google affiliated accounts.

Whilst this gains you access to Google Analytics, there is an enormous amount of information that can be accessed here which can be overwhelming!
